Takki Season 3

The hit Saudi series Takki had generated a massive cult following during its first two seasons. After over 8 years since the launch of Season 2, fans of the series kept asking: متى تكي؟

Partnering with Netflix’s regional agencies, JunkSet was appointed as the local publicity consultant for the launch of the third season, an officially branded Netflix original series. As the local media and publicity experts, JunkSet oversaw media relations for the Saudi market, securing the attendance of the Kingdom’s key media outlets for the official press junket.

JunkSet was also tasked with media training of the cast and spokespersons ahead of the junket and key media interviews, conducting virtual and on-ground training for cast members and supporting with the development of key messaging and training materials.

A content day was also organized ahead of the launch in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to shoot and produce promotional social content for the film. JunkSet played an advisory role in the development of the concepts, ensuring that content was in line with the region’s cultural nuances and trends.
